You can expect luxury furniture rentals to start at $1,500, while full event production and custom design projects typically begin at $10,000. If you share your scope, you’ll get guidance on the right level of investment for your project.
We provide turn-key furniture rental solutions for a diverse range of occasions including corporate gatherings, trade shows, music festivals (e.g., Ultra Music Festival), sports events (e.g., Formula 1, Miami Open) weddings, bar mitzvahs, fashion shows, product launches and more.
REDNOIR is based in Miami, Florida at 9631 Premier Pkwy., Miramar, FL 33025. You can work with us across South Florida, including Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach, and we also take on destination projects nationally and internationally when the vision calls for it.
Yes. Rednoir partners directly with our sister company, Noir Productions, which specializes in custom fabrication, large-scale art installations, and bespoke experiential design. This includes building custom bars, unique stage sets, themed photo moments, brand activations, and complete production for high-profile corporate events
Our process begins with conceptualization, moving through detailed 3D renderings and drawings, to complete custom fabrication and logistics. We offer turn-key solutions encompassing furniture rental, custom fabrication, installation, production gear and on-site production management.
For the smoothest experience, you should reach out at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance. If your project is large-scale, highly custom, or happening during Miami’s peak season, 4 to 5 months ahead is even better so you can secure the pieces and support you need.
You can choose from a curated mix of luxury lounge pieces, bars and bar-backs, highboy tables, dining sets, accent chairs, outdoor seating, and styled accessories for events. For home staging, you can also select neutral, high-end furniture sets designed for living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and dining spaces.

Since we own the inventory, we offer curated, stylish, and neutral staging sets that allow our real estate clients to save significantly on standard home staging design fees. For premium, exclusive looks, we also offer a separate, personalized home staging design service.
