(above) Brand new unit at 300 Collins luxury condo in Miami Bach. Client wanted to enjoy the apartment while it sold so they decided to purchase furniture to stage the apartment. They wanted a youthful Miami style.
(below) Residences at Thesis in Coral Gables. We used Rednoir's rental furniture to stage their studio and 1-bedroom demos units. We were asked to create a fresh vibe as these units are mainly targeted to college students.

We work closely with realtors, developers and management companies to furnish and/or revamp properties for photoshoots and model homes or apartments. We work from multi-million dollar properties to student studio model units. Our boutique style approach allows us to deeply personalize each project.
HOME STAGING
(below) Rednoir we were tasked with styling two 1-bedroom apartments at Hyde in Midtown Miami for one of our client's college student sons. This was for a one year rental so we had to work with a very mindful budget, but nevertheless we achieved a playful vibe on both that went with each very different personalities.
