For this 20,000 sq. ft. home staging project in Miami Beach, we styled key areas for photoshoot purposes on a mindful budget. We revamped the formal living room by replacing existing furniture and re-arranging art, repurposing a sofa into the family room with a neutral palette for a fresh vibe. The play room/bar gained a fun twist with matching bar stools and pool table, while the family room terrace overlooking the pool was revitalized after years of disuse. Finally, the waterfront pool area was refreshed, blending modern elegance with the property's architectural heritage to evoke effortless luxury in South Florida's competitive market.
