Hello Area Rug

Each rug is custom hand made and you may notice slight design detail vriations. Due to different monitor settings,  we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is an exact representation of the actual product color/s.  

All our area rugs are custom made. We do not accept returns or refunds for custom items unless product is faulty or damaged by transportation, for which you would get a replacement.  

IMPORTANT: To process aa replaacement, we require photos of damaged packaging (before package is opened) and/or damaged product within 7 days of delivery date. Please email us information at support@rednoir.com to get the process started.
