New Age Area Rug

Each rug is custom hand made and you may notice slight design detail vriations. Due to different monitor settings,  we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is an exact representation of the actual product color/s.  

All our area rugs are custom made. We ONLY accept returns if product is faulty or damaged by transportation, for which you would get a replacement at no additional cost.  We do not provide refunds.

To process the return and replacement, we require photos of damaged packaging (before package is opened) and/or photos of damaged product including a clear closeup of the damaged part/s within 7 days of delivery date. Please email us information at support@rednoir.com to get the process started.
